Holmann Premium Houses builds houses in all Europe. We have over 600 house projects to choose from, we have the prices displayed using the price configurator. Each project can be built in any of the 5 structural variants: timber+SIP panels, light steel frame, timber frame, ICF or reinforced concrete with brick walls. You can choose different qualities and colors of materials used in the construction of the house such as roof, windows, doors, wall insulation, etc. Every house project will be adapted to local country construction regulations and construction will be supervised at all stages by local architect company. We can do any changes to projects if needed for specific client, size or configuration. The Holmann brand belongs to Termofarc company from Romania which was founded in 1961 as a family business in the field of production of heating plants and over time we have diversified our activities.
Currently, the company has over 35 employees and 6,000 square meters of production halls, achieving an annual turnover of over 1 million euros.
